Watson Millison is the Deputy Program Manager for the Small and Medium Business (SMB) program at Con Edison. His work with small and medium-sized commercial customers involves designing and implementing incentives that advance the adoption of energy efficient technology, including lighting, refrigeration, HVAC, energy management systems, building envelope, hot water system upgrades, and heat pumps. Watson received his MS in Sustainability Management at Columbia University and has a BA in Growth and Structure of Cities with an Environmental Studies Concentration from Haverford College.
