BuildingEnergy Boston 2019 Attendees FAQs
Why didn't my registration go through?
It might be your browser. You can try again using a different or more up-to-date browser, or contact us at registration@nesea.org.
What is your refund policy?
NESEA is not able to offer refunds for conference registration. However, we do offer inability-to-attend event insurance through a third party, which is available for purchase at the time of registration. See more information or contact registration@nesea.org with any questions. If you do not purchase insurance, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Where is the conference?
The Westin Boston Waterfront is at 425 Summer St, Boston, MA 02210. By MBTA public transit, take the Silver Line to the World Trade Center stop, or Bus Number 7, which stops outside the hotel on Summer Street. Find details and driving directions here. Parking is available for $36-$46/day.

I need to register more than one person from my company. What should I do?

We offer a mixture of credits from AIA, AICP, BPI, GBCI, Mass. CSL, PHIUS, and RESNET. All attendees receive a certificate of attendance to self-report hours to other accrediting organizations.
Are there scholarships available?
Yes. We offer a limited-number of scholarships to students and emerging professionals. You can read more here.
Will there be food?
Yes! Your 2-day or 1-day conference registration includes a buffet lunch on the day(s) you are attending. Coffee and tea will be available all day to all attendees. There will also be refreshments at the opening reception, trade show reception, and (for those who purchase a ticket) NESEA Night.
