(RPM), Howard’s pioneering techniques launched RPM as a world leader in providing strategic management and information technology services to Fortune 500 and multi-national corporations. Howard led clients to integrate environmental and social responsibility into their business practices and reap cost savings and competitive advantage. His work with governments and industry associations informed cutting-edge energy conservation and waste reduction policies and helped define best-practice industry standards. His continuously evolving techniques for systems thinking, acting beyond compliance and utilizing information management systems to integrate environmental metrics into overall business practice, remain state-of-the-art around the globe.

Most recently Howard co-founded dMASS Inc. to accelerate innovations that deliver more benefits using resources more strategically.
