Fall 2023: The Climate Resilience Issue

NESEA envisions a "vibrant and resilient built environment that supports climate justice and equity."  As a reflection of that vision, the theme of the next issue of BuildingEnergy magazine will be Climate Resilience. Proposals for inclusion are due Friday, August 25.

As temperatures rise globally and extreme weather becomes commonplace, it is essential for our community to share our experience, insights, and strategies for coping with these changes. All proposals will be considered, but those connecting to the general theme of climate resiliency will be prioritized.

The RFP closes on Friday, August 25. Proposers will be contacted with the status of their submission the following week, and submissions from selected authors will be due September 30.

There are 2 ways you can get involved with this issue:

  • Propose Content: Submit your ideas for inclusion in the magazine, which is curated, authored, and reviewed by members of the NESEA community. All proposals connecting to the general theme of climate resiliency will be considered. The RFP closes on Friday, August 25. Submit a proposal here (log in to access the form).
