The BuildingEnergy Boston 2025 Content Committee will be meeting to make final decisions about conference session proposals and begin shaping the 2025 conference session lineup.

This session will explore how to revitalize and optimize ventilation systems in existing multi-family buildings in New York to bring older, inefficient, and poorly performing ventilation systems in compliance with today’s standards for energy and indoor air quality. The session will include an overview of available financing and energy efficiency incentives to support these projects.

Join us for a summer Pro Tour of a 1782 Vermont Farmhouse, currently under construction for a zero-energy retrofit and expansion in beautiful Reading, Vermont. This project combines an energy retrofit on a historic Cape and a high-performance vernacular addition built off-site to create a net zero energy building with reduced embodied carbon.
