I am an architect, CPHC, urbanist, civic innovator, energy conservationist, optimist, public-interest architecture proponent, solutionist, artist, maker, weather lover, woods lover, waste hater, and bicyclist.

I have a Bachelor of Architecture and Environmental Studies from Iowa State University and a Dual Masters in Architecture and Urban Design from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte. I care about making communities more efficient, both in terms of energy use and space conservation/urban design principles to achieve healthy, walkable, enjoyable places.
