ChopValue Boston manufactures sustainable products from previously discarded chopsticks. Annually, we divert 20 tons of material from local landfills and repurpose it into climate-positive, carbon-neutral furniture and interior features. Our microfactory is located in Boston, Massachusetts. We are certified as a B Corp as well as a women- and minority-owned business (by the state of Massachusetts and City of Boston).

Elaine spent the first half of her career in nonprofit management and shifted to sustainable manufacturing in late 2021. She earned her MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Bates College.
