Enrica’s experience on the US Market includes over 15 years of design and project management in New York.

Since joining Werner Sobek New York in early 2016 as the Director of the Structures Group, Enrica has managed high-end residential, academic, specialty engineering and highly sustainable projects, as well as peer reviews of complex building designs.
Appointed Partner and COO in 2017, she has since been leading the work of the Structures, Facades and Sustainability Practices within the Office.

Already Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation at Columbia University in the City of New York, Visiting Lecturer across the US and in Europe, she is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor at the School of Architecture of Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.

In 2018, Enrica has been awarded the title of “Rising Star in Structural Engineering” as one of the 14 most prominent Structural Engineers in the U.S. under 40.
