Alex’s responsibilities at Viacom include Real Estate, Facilities and Sustainability at both domestic and international properties.

He has worked with the New York City Mayor’s office on the Zero Waste Challenge and currently is active with the Mayor’s Carbon Challenge. Alex has helped over 70% of Viacom’s domestic offices become LEED certified and by partnering with the New York State Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), Con Edison & PSE&G on energy reduction projects, Viacom has received over $500K of rebates.

Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Allegheny College.
