Filling the Construction Personnel Workforce Vacuum to Get to 80x50

Hitting 80x50 will require a workforce of construction personnel capable of implementing sustainable building solutions. Training the existing and future workforce will be a massive endeavor, and that work is already underway. This session will explore the scale and opportunity of this training endeavor, and then it will focus on a success already being seen in New York City.
