On October 8,2015 the Historic Resources Committee of the Boston Society of Architects will be presenting a panel discussion on a joint Venure between Rosinsale Villiage Moain Streets and Historic Boston Inc. They are redeveloping a historic power plant that provided power to Boston Transportation System. into commercial space. At the same time they are buiding a new 43 unit rental building. The rentl income from the rental building and historic tx credits are helping to pay for th rehab of the historic building. The partnership between the two groups helped create a new badly needed apartment building and save an hstoric building. This s a TOD project.
