Tristan Grant is a Director of Sustainability Services with MaGrann Associates, an innovative energy efficiency and green building consulting and engineering firm, at their regional New York office. Tristan manages a team of professionals providing design consulting, construction administration, and testing and verification services to clients pursuing green building certification for new construction and major retrofits in the Northeast region. Before joining MaGrann associates Tristan worked in a similar role as a Director of Sustainability at the Levy Partnership, and prior to that worked with residential solar, storage, and car charging projects across the Northeast. Tristan is a LEED Green Associate, BPI Building Analyst, RESNET HERS Rater, and PHIUS+ Verifier. He holds a B.A. in Sustainable Design from Hampshire College, and a Master of Design Studies in Sustainable Design from the Boston Architectural College.
