This webinar is an opportunity for contractors, project managers, and home owners to learn from two landscape and design professionals who think about long-term site resiliency in our dramatically changing climate. Emily Drury is a landscape designer and Shelby Howland is a carpenter, permaculturist, and self-described “dirt guy”. They know firsthand the cost of taking shortcuts in construction site planning and the unfortunate surprises that result from not thinking through decisions about grading, soil, and hydrology during the design phase.

HELM Webinars are one-hour, online sessions open to all. A video of the webinar will be made available to those who cannot join the live session.

Presenters: Emily Drury (Princess Pine LLC), Shelby Howland (Village Carpentry and Landscaping)
