In 2016 we exceeded our three year mission impact goals of helping 80,000 people save one million dollars and reducing their impact on the environment equal to taking 100,000 cars off the road and 40,000 homes off the grid for a year. Our 2017-19 goals include expanding our environmental impact and developing innovative pilot programs such as local carbon offsets, deeper energy retrofits, and building deconstruction.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to become a key member of CET’s management team. This is a dynamic, multi-functional position that involves elements of business development, consulting, sales, and customer engagement activities. The Sales Operations Manager reports to and works directly with the Operations Director. To be successful you will relate to internal and external clients at all levels, and skillfully communicate both on a technical and non-technical basis.

The Sales Operations Manager manages CET’s sales efforts to acquire and retain: building and design professional clients for CET’s high performance building energy rating and consulting services; building materials donations for EcoBuilding Bargains, our retail store, from contractors, retailers and other donors; and commercial and farm customers who complete projects in energy efficiency, food waste diversion, recycling, and renewable energy.

The Sales Operations Managers identifies opportunities with potential and current customers and clients. This position inspires and motivates direct reports and leads internal cross-departmental teams. The Sales Operations Manager establishes sales objectives, develops incentives and strategies to increase sales volume, and manages sales pipeline and processes.
