Jean-Marc Dubois

Jean-Marc is the director of business development for Nordic Structures, the building systems division of Canadian lumber manufacturer Chantiers Chibougamau. His career spans over 35 years in the building products industry with regional, national and international corporations, focusing primarily on value added and engineered wood products. For the past 15 years, Jean-Marc has been with Nordic where his penchant for delivering customer solutions through value engineering and process optimization led to the development of a number of new products directed at improved energy and building performance for residential and light commercial construction. A passionate advocate for sustainability, Jean-Marc serves on several domestic timber research councils, and has been a guest lecturer at universities as well as architectural, engineering, and sustainability conferences across North America and Japan.
