For over 30 years for residential and commercial projects, Massachusetts registered professional engineer Bart Bales, MSME of Bales Energy Associates, has provided mini-consults, design & advising on heat pumps & HVAC systems, especially heat pumps. For large buildings and facilities, Bales Energy Associates provides energy analysis, HVAC design, and implementation of high-performance, energy-efficient, and renewable energy systems with a “whole-systems,” building science-based approach. Bart Bales develops and teaches accredited one-day heat pump-related workshops and webinars for architects and engineers in person or online over an 8-state region in the Northeast. Basnett Design/Build/Remodel is a full-service residential remodeling company with extensive experience in all phases of residential construction. We are passionate about energy efficiency, durability, low maintenance, and indoor air quality, and we bring that passion to every job that includes repair or modification to the building envelope and/or mechanical systems.

Baukraft Engineering provides design, consulting, and testing services for high-performance buildings in the residential and small commercial markets.
