Lead Carpenter

New Frameworks, a worker-owned, high performance natural building company based in Burlington, VT is looking for a Lead Carpenter to join our team. Our ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 years experience leading and supervising a crew. They are savvy in carpentry, renovation, building science and high performance construction techniques, and are always eager to learn more. This position requires strong communication skills and interacts frequently with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the whole New Frameworks team.
