Qualifications/Abilities/Attributes/Experience:
Qualifications:
• Professional degree
• 4-8 years professional Architectural office experience.
• Strong or advanced Revit / Adobe Suite / Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphics software / Microsoft Suite.
• Experience setting up, managing, and coordinating drawing sets, both internally and with Engineers/Consultants through all phases of design and construction.
• Able to initiate and lead multiple projects and teams at various phases while meeting deadlines and coordinating documents/work from design through construction. 
• An interest and commitment to Environmental Sustainability and Building Performance is required. Having or interest in pursuing LEED, LFA, WELL or CPHC credentials is also desired.
Abilities:
• Good team leadership, interpersonal and communication skills – verbal, graphic and written.
• Fluid and high-quality design and presentation skills for 3-D modeling, rendering, drafting and computer graphics in support of the design team is desired.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team; take initiative; and a desire to expand abilities and technical skills is important.
• Good team leadership, interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written.
Attributes:
• Reliable, organized, focused and detail-oriented to complete tasks.
• Strong interest in architectural detailing, building science and the integration of design with materials, building performance and construction techniques.
• Holistic approach to integrating regenerative design with the technical aspects of constructing/crafting buildings.

Experience:
• Equivalent technical construction related experience a plus.
• Very strong Revit use in a professional setting required.
• Technical integration into projects of Passive House / Deep Energy Retrofit / NZE / Carbon + Fossil Fuel elimination a plus.

Next Phase Studios is a collaborative, award winning architecture firm based in Brookline, MA.
