Like-minded Northeast partners

While our chapters comprise NESEA members and share our specific mission, affiliates manage and maintain their own members and pursue complementary but different missions. We value their partnership and work with these organizations whenever we can.

Connecticut

Solar Energy Association of Connecticut (SEAC)

SEAC is an educational and public-awareness organization. Its programs are open to the public and are designed to inform and educate people on issues of importance relating to energy, and resource conservation, and to support and promote the use of renewable energies and environmentally benign technologies. www.solarenergyofct.com

Maine

Maine Solar Energy Association (MESEA)

Dedicated to promoting public awareness and the use of solar energy and other renewable and nonpolluting energy sources, energy conservation, and green building practices. To these ends, MESEA sponsors hands-on workshops, publishes a quarterly newsletter, The Maine Sun, and maintains a website. www.mainesolar.org

New Hampshire

New Hampshire Sustainable Energy Association (NHSEA)

NHSEA’s mission is to educate New Hampshire citizens and organizations about sustainable energy and to advocate in the state for favorable sustainable energy policies. NHSEA wants to reach everyone in the state: those who are recently interested in energy, legislators, professionals, and home owners who wants to reduce their energy footprint. www.nhsea.org

Pennsylvania

Philadelphia Solar Energy Association (PSEA)

PSEA is an all-volunteer membership organization. It promotes the rapid adoption of solar energy technologies in the Delaware Valley through distinguished guest lectures, hands-on demonstrations, participation in regional and national conferences, and more. www.phillysolar.org

Vermont

Building For Social Responsibility (BSR)—VT

Dedicated to connecting people with green building strategies through workshops, topic meetings, a professional membership directory, and online resources.
