Add your voice to the BE Magazine

We’re always looking for more voices and new ideas. What we’re not looking for is press releases. BuildingEnergy Magazine, like NESEA itself, is about sharing new ideas and sorting out what works and what doesn’t. And don’t worry too much about your writing. Very few contributors are professional writers. Just be prepared to be edited—we do have a professional editor.

Call for proposals: Spring 2013 – CLOSED. Look out for Fall 2013 Proposals in May!

Please include the following with your proposal:

• A proposed title
• A summary of a paragraph or two
• The approximate number of words you think you will need. If you don’t have a good sense for word count, find an article in a previous issue that seems about the length you have in mind, and cite that.
• What we can expect in the way of photographs, if any. A professional photographer is sometimes available to us.
• Contact info: email, phone number(s), and the best way to reach you.
• A short bio (for each author if more than one)
