Help raise awareness: volunteer for GBOH

The impact of NESEA’s Green Buildings Open House is very real. When people take the tour—and thousands do—the likelihood that they will invest in energy efficiency and/or clean energy measures jumps by 24 percent, to 78 percent. That’s according to a study by the American Solar Energy Society. And GBOH wouldn’t exist without our scores of volunteer organizers at the local level—individuals, member businesses, and municipal committees. They are instrumental in promoting and coordinating the event.
