Description of site:
Hull Wind I (ONE) is located next to the playing field of Hull High School, right at the edge of the ocean. You can see Boston across the water in one direction and the oldest lighthouse in America, Boston Light in another. Visit hullwind.org for more information.

There is a little snack bar is located near the site. There is also a pier that, among other things, is where the commuter boat docks.

Description of site:
Our farm uses wind power, and operates on a grid tied solar electric system with solar heat and electricity, and there is also a solar electric car.
Availability for visits:
We prefer visits on Saturdays or weekday nights. Call ahead.
Considerations and opportunities noted by host:
There are horses, and the site is not very handicap accessible but the solar panels and the animals can still be seen. Dress for outdoors.
Down the road there are cranberry bogs and hiking trails.

Directions:
From the North: Take Exit 3 from Route 3, bear right at the end, take a left on Long Pond Road for 1 mile, and take the 1st right on Halfway Pond Road. Then take the 2nd left onto Bourne Road, 2 3/4 mile past the fire station. Take the 1st right immediately after the fire station. It is called Firehouse Road and number 24 is the last home on left after a fence.
From the South, East, or West: At the Bourne Rotary,take a right at Head of Bay Road, to Plymouth Lane. Go right and travel 3 miles to a yellow fire station. At the sign, bear left onto Firehouse Road. Number 24 is the last home on left after a fence.
