The Department of Energy's Office of Transportation Technology has educational material for kids and students. These pages have pointers to such items as: a web version of "Daniel and His Electric Car", various educational web pages having to do with transportation and web sites on electric vehicle competitions. This is a well organized site with links to a wealth of transportation based educational materials.
