We design and build modern residences as well as manufacture house kits for the owner-builder. We are rounding out our construction crew and looking for at least one good carpenter's assistant who is eager to learn modern construction and has some initial skills to build upon. As skills / experience increase, so can position within the company.

Applicant must have:

• Basic ability using power tools, i.e. circular saw, table saw, drill
• Interest in modern design and construction
• Vehicle to get to our shop and various job sites nearby

Initial duties include:

• Sanding of timbers
• Staining/oiling wood
• Maintaining a clean and organized shop and jobsite
• Basic cutting or wood as required by lead carpenter

Pay starting at $12-16 /hr. depending on experience.
