2 wind generators Radiant Floor Heating Icyene Insulation The Solar and Wind FX Training and Design Center is 100% powered by two wind generators and twelve PV panels. The center will be used to educate the public about Renewable Energy (RE) Systems, energy conservation and to display the latest RE equipment in operation. The center is built using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and Icyene insulation. Radiant tubing in the floor is used to heat the center.
